Sign up in Mrs. Goodwin's officer before Thanksgiving break
Pick up an instruction sheet when you sing up

December Meeting - Thursday, December 10th during lunch in the Media Center - Members will pick up their NHS t-shirts and a treat !!

January Meeting - Thursday, January 20th in the choir room - lunch will be served.

Winning Group - Oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats to Lindsay Radley's NHS group.  They brought in the most donations for Care and Share.  They were rewarded with donuts.  Good job!

Seniors Notice

Seniors:  Be sure to attend the Scholarship meeting on November 19th in the Auditorium at 7:00 pm

Please do not forget about our October Service Project. Remember you must participate in at least 2 service projects all year! 

Induction Ceremony

On October 12, 2009, CVHS National Honor Society had its induction ceremony, which went very well.

The induction ceremony included speeches by the officers, the Superintendent, and Mrs. Wood.

Thank you to the Madrigrals for performing!

This is the biggest group yet. All of the officers and the advisors cannot wait to work with all of you.

First Meeting =)

In case you missed it,
Our first meeting went pretty well. A lot of the members came to enjoy the food and get the announcements.
Here's an overview of what you need to know

• Induction ceremony is on October 12, 7:00 pm. It is MANDATORY. Please come dressed in ties and skirts.
• Our first service project is to collect personal hygiene items for Family Care & Share. Please bring items such as shampoos, deodorant, and even detergents. Bring them to your group leader or Ms. Goodwin =)
• Also you MUST  pay your honor society fees which is $27!!

Also please make sure your group officer/leader knows your t-shirt size =)

Anywho. .the next meeting is November 18th, but its for seniors ONLY. Until then, please stay connected with this blog so you know what's up.
